Can I order the Digital Seat Badge now?
Not yet. You can explore a concept and register preorder interest. Paid orders will open only after pricing, fitment and launch terms are confirmed. Registering interest does not reserve stock or a delivery date.
Are the visuals and animations the final product?
No. The website uses illustrative hardware and screen concepts. Display specifications, final materials, supported content and software capabilities are still being verified.
Will my configuration be saved?
Your concept is saved on this device. You can also copy a shareable link from the concept studio. When you register interest, your selected bezel finish, OEM paint code, optional cable configuration and quantity are saved with your request. Changing the preview later does not change a previously submitted request.
Will it fit my vehicle?
Verified compatibility is not available yet. Vehicle details in the interest form help us understand demand; submitting them does not confirm fitment. Please wait for the verified compatibility list before ordering.
Launch and ordering
What will it cost, and when will it ship?
The base badge price, taxes, shipping charges and release dates have not been announced. Brushed aluminum and black anodized bezels are standard options. OEM paint matching adds $100 per badge, and the optional always-on cable adds $50 per badge. These upgrades are in addition to the base price. All final totals will be displayed before any payment is requested.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and any import duties or taxes for your country will be shown at checkout before any payment is requested. Tracking is provided with every order.
What is the warranty?
Every Visor badge is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship, including the display and electronics. It does not cover accidental damage, improper installation, modification or normal wear. Contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace an eligible unit.
Can I return my badge?
No. Because every Visor badge is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your badge arrives defective, it is covered by the 2-year limited warranty.
